To the person who 'unliked' me. I've moved on
This year has been quite a ride for me.
I've stepped out of my comfort zone and been harassed by self doubt; but I'm still standing.
You see, while chasing official confirmation of my office skills I found myself opening my own business through an Australian government incentive, The New Enterprise Incentive Scheme, late in 2017.
I quietly started a Facebook business page, Jillian Doyle Photos Copywriting, on the 15th December last year but I didn’t officially launch it until I was approved under the scheme a month later.
As I said, it has been a ride.
Today I looked at the social media figures for my page and, although the numbers aren’t huge, I think this could be a time when an uphill climb is a good thing. I actually like the forming mountain in the insight graphic and feel a little humbled by the support I have received.

A special mention goes out to the one person who ‘unliked’ my page in March. They made a stand and acted on it. Go them. Literally. Goodbye and thank you for showing an initial interest. Your departure stung at the time but look at all those who unfollowed your example and not only stayed, they invited friends.
A big shout out and thank you to them.
Onwards and definitely upwards as a good friend of mine and I keep telling each other.
I launched my website seven weeks ago on the 23rd June and again I’m humbled by the number of views it has received in such a short time. The hit counter keeps ticking over and I’m starting to believe I might have done it right.
To you dear reader, thank you for your support and encouragement.
Onwards and upwards.
