Little school - beautiful creations

It’s no secret that giving flowers to a girl will make her smile but did you know if you let them create with them they look absolutely radiant?
This was evident at the Little Flower School’s first flower crown workshop/hen’s party/bridal shower hosted by Sally Newall recently.
Sally, a professional florist with over 40 years’ experience, is now sharing her skills through her business, Little Flower School which opened its doors to business in September this year.
Her previous business, Weddings Only Flowers Tamworth, created countless happy brides over the years but Sally said sharing her knowledge is now the right thing for her do.
Her first workshop was a surprise but relaxed Saturday afternoon high tea for the bride-to-be, Emily Norton, who will marry on the 21st October 2018.
While she had no idea what was planned for her pre-wedding celebration she enjoyed a relaxed two hours of creativity, home cooked treats and endless cups of tea sipped from Sally’s beautiful collection of china tea cups.
Her friend Sinoma Gilbert was impressed with the selection of flowers chosen for the afternoon and said she loved hearing Sally share her experience and passion for floristry.
While it was Emily’s day all of the girl’s faces lit up and said they felt beautiful when their finished flower crown was placed on their heads.
Little Flower School’s next floral headpiece, or flower crown, workshop is being help Melbourne Cup day morning for ladies who want to replace fascinators with a piece of floral art.
Bookings can be made on the Little Flower School Facebook event page.
